AXS, part of AEG, is a leading global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider. They are looking for a Product Director. You will lead a small dynamic team responsible for personalisation initiatives and external partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our Personalisation and Partnership product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

You will:

  • Lead a team of product managers, empowering them to excel in their roles and fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Define and refine the product strategy for our Personalisation and Partnership initiatives, leveraging data, market insights, user feedback, and business objectives to drive growth and innovation, and continuously improve our user experience.
  • Drive execution with precision and agility, overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with highly cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver cohesive and compelling experiences to our users.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our diverse user base, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making and iteration.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with external organisations, identifying opportunities for collaboration, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and driving initiatives that enhance the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, continuously assessing market dynamics to help evolve our product roadmap and strategy accordingly.

We are looking for someone with proven and demonstrable Product Management expertise and a deep understanding of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools.

You will:

  • Demonstrate experience of leading strategy for a product, feature set, or initiative.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
  • Have experience of managing native mobile app and website of high caliber.
  • Have a solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, with the ability to engage with engineers and business, marketing, and account management stakeholders alike.
  • Have a passion for innovation, user experience, and driving business impact through product excellence.
  • Be able to think strategically and translate high-level vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • You will care about customer needs and delivering products that delight and exceed expectations.
  • Have a strong empathy for users and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for users worldwide.
