We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic business affairs assistant with a passion for music law to join our Legal & Business Affairs Team in SW London.
Domino Music Group are looking for a full-time assistant to join the Legal and Business Affairs team at our head office in SW London. We are seeking a bright and confident person with a keen interest in media and entertainment law who holds ambitions of working in the music industry.
The role will take primary responsibility for administrative work within the department, but will also feed into other legal areas of the business

Responsibilities
- Provide support to senior personnel in the Legal & Business Affairs team in respect of rights acquisitions, service deals and group matters
- Drafting remixer, broadcast video and artwork agreements and broader ancillary agreements under the direction of the Director, Business Affairs Executive or Associate
- Address internal queries on contractual terms and rights
- Work closely with a variety of internal departments in order to answer queries and communicate deal terms
- Compilation licensing
- Keep up to date on relevant laws and trends impacting recording contracts
- All other duties as reasonably required within the meaning of the role
Qualifications
- Some experience in a record label or music publisher or an entertainment law practice is desirable but not essential
- An ability to work accurately under time pressure and a good eye for detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A passion for music and the business behind it
- A good team player
