Ninja Tune is looking for a Full Time Digital Operations Coordinator to work across release deliveries and digital catalogue management, to work five days a week in our London office. 

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience of working within the Digital Operations/Digital Supply Chain at a label / distributor or comparable company, and ideally has knowledge of audio delivery platforms such as FUGA, as well as CMS systems, Bandcamp, YouTube CMS and Facebook Rights Manager, and be comfortable parsing and analysing large metadata sets. 

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to continue their experience in the music industry, eager to learn and does not mind rolling up their sleeves, to get things done in a team environment. 

You will be: 

  • Assisting in the scheduling, setup, and delivery of releases to all digital audio platforms, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Providing support to internal teams, offering proactive recommendations on operational DSP best practices. 
  • Collaborating with our distributor's support team to address operational needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. 
  • Managing UGC rights and resolving conflicts, maximizing the exploitation of our digital catalog across UGC platforms. 
  • Performing general digital housekeeping, including implementing and updating new metadata requirements across the catalog. 
  • Auditing catalog representation on digital platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc data reporting and trend analysis 
  • Updating DSP and D2C artist pages with the latest photos, bios, and relevant content. 
  • Undertake additional tasks as required. 

This position will be full time, 5 days a week, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Operations.

About you: 

  • A passion for music with prior experience in the music industry, ideally in digital operations or distribution within a label or distributor. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a strong understanding of metadata and digital rights. 
  • Familiarity with major DSPs is a plus. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly efficient with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively. 
  • Quick to learn, resourceful, and able to use initiative when solving problems.
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, ambitious, and proactive in your approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact politely and professionally at all levels. 
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets, Excel, and OSX-based applications.
