Description:
As a DSP EDITORIAL & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER your primary role will be to champion Republic of Music’s labels and releases across our global DSP partner network. You'll lead the development of creative, impactful campaigns across key DSP accounts that drive visibility and commercial success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and improve day-to-day communication with global DSP partners.
- Lead quarterly DSP meetings and send editorial pitch campaigns to key partners across priority markets.
- Support the improvement of internal tools and processes.
- Share performance insights with partners to help shape release strategies, working closely with our Insights, DSP partnership and label management teams.
- Track and report on campaign results, including playlist placements, DSP features and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and recommend emerging platform ecosystems to partners and optimise our labels and artists catalogues across DSP’s.
- Attend live shows regularly and share new music discoveries with the team.
Key Attributes:
- 2+ years of experience working with DSPs.
- Good understanding of streaming platforms and how music is promoted and consumed digitally.
- Passion for music, especially within the independent scene.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Confident negotiating and handling target discussions.
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Keen to grow in a fast-moving, global music environment.
