The O2 is looking for an Event Ticketing Manager to join their amazing Ticketing team!
You will:
- Manage the full ticketing event cycle for your individual roster of shows. From manifest through to on sale and event day requirements to include ticketing settlement
- Be responsible for the movement of ticketing inventory between internal venue allocations and external 3rd party allocations to retain required venue sell through percentage.
- Monitor ticket sales and ensure these are maximised at all times for both on and off manifested inventory
- Liaise with Promoter ticketing departments and event organisers to ensure all their ticketing requirements are met.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has substantial experience in ticketing (Account Management/Client Services Manager/Ticketing Manager/Box Office).
- Has experience of working for another venue, ticket agent or for a Leading Concert Promoter
- Has a good working knowledge of ticketing systems
- Has relevant experience of producing manifests and managing on-sales
