Eventim Apollo are looking for a Duty Box Office Manager.
You will:
- Ensure effective communication with event reps and venue managers to ensure our events run smoothly
- Manage and distribute box office collections, including guest list allocation and bar pass distribution, and track and report attendance
- Supervise staff, ensuring they are well-trained and provide excellent customer service
- Manage sales via the Eventim system, credit card and ticket reconciliation
- Assist staff with any customer issues as and when they arise
- Manage end-of-night financial reporting, both internal and external
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a Box Office and who has also supervised a team in a busy customer facing environment.
You will:
- Have a good understanding of ticketing systems, allocations and guest lists
- Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused environment.
A good communicator, who loves working as part of a team and is always curious to develop and learn more, you will be solutions focused and always happy to help.

Where: You‘ll be based at the venue which is at 45 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, W6 9QH. You must be able to work our events which are on weekday evenings and weekends.
