Title: Project Manager 
Status: Full-time 
Hours: 40/week, Monday - Friday, 10am-6:30pm 
Location: London, UK 
Reports to: Director of Projects, North America

Co founded by visionary Nigil Mack, the label has carved a lane for new voices including aja monet, Gareth Donkin, Seafood Sam, Deem Spencer, and Kari Faux.

Position Summary: All Flowers Group is seeking a Project Manager to manage artist release campaigns at the global level for Ghostly International and drink sum wtr, working closely with the AFG Projects Department and international teams to implement a global timeline and strategy. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead on campaign strategy for artist release campaigns with the core project team
  • Work with the project, marketing and label management teams to create global plans and timelines  
  • Manage and overseeing project budgets  
  • Initiate and lead regular project meetings with internal and external team members 
  • Use statistics and analysis to help shape global campaign strategies
  • Coordinate press, radio, TV, retail and digital and marketing teams in collaboration with local staff  
  • Coordinate assets across a campaign including music videos, remixes, live sessions, photoshoots, digital assets  
  • Plan and coordinate global promo and promo trips with local staff  
  • Liaise with live agents, promoters, artist managers, and local staff to develop an effective live plot 
  • Regularly meet with project department and global label team to review campaign progress 
  • Work with Project Coordinator to collate label copy and data  
  • Liaise with local staff and distributors in multiple territories on retail and promotional stock requirements  
  • Liaise with the digital team on DSP strategy for individual campaigns on global level 
  • Run internal workflows to ensure a well communicated and coordinated global campaign 
  • Work with distribution representatives on physical stock control and pressing quantities 
  • Work with production department on production orders  
  • Process project-based invoices 

The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role  
  • Ability to communicate with artists and managers in a thoughtful and strategic  way 
  • Instinctive and knowledgeable opinions on the modern music landscape
  • Highly organised and a motivated self-starter  
  • The skills to lead a team of professionals 
  • Passionate about finding audiences for a range of credible and successful artists
