Domino seeks an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our London team as Promo Department Co-ordinator

About the role

Domino are hiring a promo department co-ordinator to join their busy in-house promo team.  The ideal candidate will have prior promotional experience, superb communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, learning and working quickly and efficiently.  The promo co-ordinator will work closely with our Director of Communications and Press and Radio departments, while also having their own responsibilities, including regional and student press promotion as well as departmental administration tasks.  A passion for music + a keen interest in both traditional and new forms of media are a must, as is a love of Domino’s diverse roster.

The successful candidate will support the promo team with the following tasks + general admin support:

  • Regional and student press: including servicing records and tour information and coordinating all promotional activities including interviews pre and during touring 
  • Database housekeeping, including contact updates and new media entries 
  • Assisting with announcements and reporting
  • Scheduling of promo days
  • Photo resizing
  • Department filing
  • Updating Domino website
  • Co-ordinating with our out of house teams
