This role is responsible for assisting our sales team and our out of office warehouse.

General tasks

• Processing customer orders and creating customs shipping documents and  sales invoices / credit notes using our accounting system Sage.
• Producing monthly sales reports/invoicing for our consignment customers and meeting deadlines.
• Receiving and completing customers’ requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential failures.
• Sending weekly sales reports internally.
• Managing stock levels at consignment warehouses.
• Liaising with customers and updating them with goods back in stock.
• General ad hoc duties.

On site training will be provided.

Ideal candidate will have Excel formula knowledge.
