AEG Presents is the team behind world-class tours, festivals, and venues across Europe. We're looking for a Senior Ticketing Manager (12-month maternity contract) to lead our Tour Ticketing team and ensure every show — from intimate club gigs to stadium spectacles — runs seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Manage the Tour Ticketing team, overseeing all AEG Presents shows from clubs to stadiums
- Support the Head of Ticketing in developing and refining departmental processes
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Event Preparation & Sales Management
- Prepare events for on-sale: price scaling, manifest creation, approvals, and distribution of event details
- Coordinate fan club and agent pre-sales, and confirm shows with venues and ticket agents
- Provide sales maps and recommendations to optimise unsold seats and ensure venues look perfect for artists
- Manage distressed ticket distribution when needed
Revenue Maximisation & On-Site Support
- Work with the team to maximise show revenue through flexing, scaling, and holds management
- Attend events as requested, delivering first-class on-site customer service
- Prepare advance box office settlements and reconcile accounts on event dates
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience from a ticketing background within entertainment
- Proven and experienced people manager with strong leadership skills
- Highly organised with exceptional and effective communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay flexible in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges as they arise
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of taking initiative

Where?
You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.
