Are you looking to start a career in finance? Do you want to work for one of the worlds most famous venues?
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the finance team at The O2 to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all invoices.
You'll be:
- processing invoices and receipts into accounting software;
- calculating and checking to ensure remittances agree to payments received and
- recording any inconsistencies and investigating issues.
You'll be accurate when processing all sales ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and reconciled and assist in the timely collection of outstanding customer accounts and set up new customer accounts.
You'll have some experience of working in a finance or accounts position and an understanding of basic accounting principles.
With fast and accurate data entry skills, you'll have a good working knowledge of Excel and be able to use your initiative.
You'll also be a clear and concise communicator who can build good working relationships with both colleagues and customers.
With the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines and exceed expectations; you'll be a team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment.
You'll be solutions focussed and want to raise the bar in this role.
