Key Responsibilities

  • Keep our tour cost records accurate and up to date. This helps our accounts team with their work.
  • Prepare final financial summaries for tours and share them with our clients.
  • Set up sales tools such as POS devices and inventory reporting systems.
  • Monitor and record all sales data, including ticket sales at venues, to help improve our forecasting tools.
  • Work with tour managers and the production team on tour planning and restocking.
  • Handle concession sales admin and communicating with sellers to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
  • Preparing and reporting tour VAT to Intervat/MyMinfin.
  • Stay informed about cross-border requirements in Europe and the UK.
  • Assist with other tasks and routine office operations as needed.

Essential

  • Can-do attitude along with being an analytical thinker and extremely organised.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually and to take direction accurately.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges that may surface.
  • Confident using spreadsheet software (Google Sheets and Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • High level of English proficiency both written and spoken.

Desirable:

  • A network of industry contacts.
  • Full time and office based in Brussels, Belgium.
  • French and/or Dutch speaker.
