Justin not keen to get 'N Sync back together

Rumour has it Justin Timberlake has rejected an 'N Sync reunion album in favour of a solo record, to the displeasure of his former bandmates, according to People.

Justin Timberlake has apparently decided not to make a new album with his former band 'N Sync. As previously reported, last month Timberlake joined former band mates JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone to sing the American national anthem at a charity event in Miami. After that it was thought that a reunion was in the pipeline. But, rumour has it, to the consternation of his bandmates, Timberlake has decided to start work on a new solo album instead.

A source has told People magazine: "...and then [Justin] drops the bomb on them. He said he's not in the mood and doesn't think it will work. They [the rest of the band] aren't really talking to [Justin]. They haven't taken it well".
