Kate Nash calls herself the new Posh Spice

Kate Nash tells the Daily Star she is the 'new Posh Spice' and says her time working in a Nando's restaurant taught her life lessons.

More Spice Girls news, of sorts. Well, not really. Kate Nash has dubbed herself the "new Posh Spice". Yep, the 'Foundation' singer claims that she doesn't want the press to tag her as a 'chav', explaining she's really more of a Posh Spice, innit. Speaking to the Daily Star, Kate said: "I think the press really wanted me to be a chav because of the way I sing. I'm way too articulate to be a chav. I'm the new Posh [Spice], me". Furthermore, she explained the significance of her work in Nando's chicken restaurant to her success: "I've worked in Nando's preparing hundreds of chickens. And even though I hated I, I realised for some people that's their life and they have to pay the bills. It teaches you life lessons and keeps you grounded".
