Former Hear'Say chick Kym Marsh is to appear on Coronation Street. She will star in four episodes starting Monday, before producers decide if she will become a regular character.
Kym says: "This is like a dream come true for me. I've been watching Coronation Street since I was three years old because my parents always watch it and I am one of its biggest fans. I was brought up on the antics of Bet Lynch and her brassy behaviour. I've always wanted to be on Coronation Street and now that's come true. At my Corrie audition I was asked to sing 'Crazy' by Patsy Cline and I got the call a few days later to say I had got the part. I was on cloud nine."
