Liam Gallagher changes tune

Liam Gallagher, who previously criticised Pete Doherty, now praises him, saying he recognises himself in the Babyshambles singer.

Despite criticising Pete Doherty in that NME interview, Liam Gallagher seems to have drastically changed his opinion of the former Libertine, and now apparently can't say a bad word about him. According to FemaleFirst.com, he said that he "recognises himself in him," and that "there is only one British hero right now: Pete Doherty, lead singer of The Libertines and Babyshambles. He lives the rock 'n' roll life - he's understood everything about that side of things. He doesn't give a monkey's about anything, does exactly what he wants to do. I admire his decadence. I completely recognise myself in him."

Perhaps they've solved their differences with the help of the CSA.
