Liam Gallagher criticises rehab-bound rock singers

Liam Gallagher has criticised Pete Doherty, Tom Chaplin and Justin Hawkins over rehab, calling them lightweights, ahead of Oasis's greatest hits release.

Liam Gallagher has had a go at the likes of Pete Doherty, Tom Chaplin and Justin Hawkins, saying that they're idiots for ending up rehab, and that they're lightweights. And it's because they're 'posh', of course. See, if they were good, working class lads it'd all be fine. Especially if they were foul-mouthed, unpleasant working class lads with chips on their shoulders, no doubt.

He is quoted as saying: "None of us have ever been in The Priory, like all these little idiots today. They have one little line, they have one burn and they're all in rehab. That Pete Doherty is cabbaged already. And it's like, 'How old are you? Priory at 27 years of age? You idiot.' Posh boys can't take drugs, man. They're lightweights."

I guess this means he must be selling something. Oh, yes, of course. Oasis' greatest hits collection 'Stop The Clocks' is out on 20 Nov.
