Liberty X have been booked to play for United Nations troops based in Bosnia over the Christmas period. In an interview with the BBC they said they were looking forward to the show, though it will mean being away from their families at Christmas.
Talking at the Australian Rumba festival they also spoke about being the Popstars runner ups unsurprisingly, with the benefit of hindsight, saying they were glad they didn’t win the show. "The winners don't get a say in what they record. We weren’t controlled by the contracts the winners had to sign and could choose our own material. We wrote nine of the songs on our album and all the b-sides to date.”
