Lily Allen annoyed by satirical track

Lily Allen has criticised 'LDN Is A Victim', a track mocking middle-class London musicians including herself and Kate Nash, which gets a limited 7-inch release on 23 April.

Lily Allen is pissed off by the release of a new track called 'LDN Is A Victim' which mocks and parodies London musicians such as Lily herself, The Streets, The Maccabees and Kate Nash, and their apparent middle class roots. The track is here - www.myspace.com/ldnisavictim - and it's getting a limited 7" release on 23 Apr.

Posting a comment on the LDN Is A Victim Myspace page, Allen wrote: "So what if we're middle class? Just cause your mum was too lazy to get her fat ass off the sofa and make some cash. I shouldn't be able to make tunes yeah? (Which is more than you're doing by the way). Thanks for the song, it really made us see the light, now we know where we belong."

There's kind of a point there. She just ruined it with the implication that anyone who is a poor is also lazy.
