Live Nation's Bruce Moran takes Latin America role

Live Nation has named former New York president Bruce Moran as President of its new Latin American division, with Kevin Morrow taking over his New York role.

Live Nation have announced that their former New York president Bruce Moran has taken on the new role of President of the company's recently created Latin American division. Although he will still be based in New York, Moran will focus in the main on the live music conglom's Mexican and Brazilian operations. It's an area where Moran already has credentials - prior to joining Live Nation he was CEO of the largest events promoter in Mexico, OCESA Presents/CIE USA Entertainment.

Moran's new role comes amid a number of appointments at Live Nation US. According to Billboard, Kevin Morrow will take over Moran's role of President of Live Nation New York, while Jason Miller will move to NYC from the company's Denver office to be Senior VP Of Booking. Veteran promoter Jimmy Koplik, who heads up Live Nation Connecticut, will also take on an expanded role in the firm's New York operation.
