Oh joy. Louis Walsh and Westlife's Kian Egan are holding open auditions to find members for a new girl group in Dublin later this month. The pair will co-manage the group and are looking for women aged between fifteen and 25. Egan said: "I am really hoping we are going to see and hear some great talent from all parts of the country. I know how much an audition like this can change your life - so my advice is to go for it".
