Master P apologises for sexist rhymes

Rapper Master P has apologised for sexist rhymes, saying he was wrong, unlike most hip hop and music executives at the US Congress hearing on the issue.

While most of those hip hoppers and music execs who took part in the previously reported US Congress hearing on the use of racist and sexist language and imagery in hip hop agreed it was an important debate to be had, but without accepting any responsibility for what went before, rapper Master P took a simpler more honest route and just apologised. He said: "[To] all the women out there. I was honestly wrong".
