CMU's official favourite ex member of Busted, Matt Willis, has apparently spoken to The Mirror about ending up in rehab. He's probably doing a lot of speaking to people at the moment because he releases debut solo single 'Up All Night' on 22 May.
The tabloid quotes him as saying: "It was awful. I was very unhappy and probably in the lowest point of my life. I hit self-destruct mode. When you're told to fucking look at the rest of your life at 21, it's a bit worrying when you don't see anything. Probably the best thing I've ever done was asking for help."
He also said he would never have considered boosting his career with an appearance on a reality show. "I think it's undignified" he said. "They are so short lived, these Fame Academy and Pop Idol things. People get caught up in it... 'Oh we love him, we love him!' Yeah, do you remember the guy who won it before? Look at that fucking Pete Burns. I've never seen such a wanker in all of my life. I'd never hit a bird, but I'd hit him."
