Brian McFadden has denied reports that he has started a new custody action against ex-wife Kerry Katona following her previously reported and slightly disastrous appearance on This Morning. He told Australia's Herald Sun: "There is no basis to it, we settled custody months and months ago".
The singer lately spends a lot his time down under, of course, because of his relationship with Delta Goodrem, and because he's been promoting his solo output there, but sees his daughters Molly and Lilly Sue during school holidays.
