Meatloaf announced new album and tour

Meatloaf has announced a new album, 'Couldn't Have Said It Better', and a world tour starting in June, with a title track written by Nickki Sixx.

Meatloaf has announced another tour and album, which some reckon could be his grand finale musically because his people are talking about the project as a "brief hiatus for Meatloaf's burgeoning film career". The tour will begin in the US in June and then travel around the world taking in Asia, Europe and Australia. The titled track from the album 'Couldn't Have Said It Better' has been written by Motley Crue's Nickki Sixx. The PR machine have said the new material is "reminiscent of his work with Jim Steinman" which presumably means Steinman, the man behind most of Meatloaf's really big hits, isn't actually involved.
