Miley Cyrus responds to song copy claims: "I don't write them"

Miley Cyrus says she does not write her songs, referring Lustra's claim that 'Rockstar' copies their 'Scotty Doesn't Know' to Disney, as legal action begins.

US pop star Miley Cyrus has hit back at accusations that she has ripped off a song by LA band Lustra by politely pointing out that she doesn't write any of her own music, and that therefore any ripping off has been done by someone else hired by her label Disney. Lustra reckon Cyrus' song 'Rockstar' is a carbon copy of their song 'Scotty Doesn't Know' and have begun legal action. A spokesman for the 'Hannah Montana' star told reporters: "She doesn't write the songs - she sings them. We have referred this to Disney". Mr Mouse is yet to respond. I blame the duck.
