According to Music Week, Ministry Of Sound is suing Ben Cook, MD of Warner Music's Asylum UK and a former MoS employee. Ministry allege he was in breach of contract and fiduciary duties when he moved from their company to the major last summer, where he became involved in the relaunch of the Asylum imprint earlier this year.
