Apparently Kate Moss really has split from shambolic no show Pete Doherty, but she is still supporting him in his bid to kick the heroin by continuing to pay for his anti-heroin implant thingy (you know, the thing that stops heroin having any effect). I say apparently, because the source on this is the Sun. A friend of the former couple of the moment has told the tabloid: "He is determined to get clean again and Kate is supporting him. They are no longer lovers but she cares for him and wants him to get out of this mess. She has offered to pay for the implant".
Talking of Doherty, which you were, Babyshambles must be on slightly better terms because they played a gig together in Stoke on Monday night. As previously reported, various rumours were circulating regarding inter-band relationships in Babyshambles after a planned UK tour was shelved and work on that debut album was put on hold. But, it would seem, the band are still able to all get up on stage at the same time when they really want to. Either that, or there was a very convincing Babyshambles tribute band in Stoke the other night.
