Ms Dynamite on Dr Dre interest

Ms Dynamite has said she is excited by Dr Dre's interest in her work, though it is still just talk, and says she has no names yet for her baby.

More on the Dynamite working with Dre stories. As previously reported rumours that Ms Dynamite had turned down the opportunity to work with the hip hop mogul were untrue (in fact she had turned down an invite to a party being thrown by Dre's record label because of a bad case of morning sickness).

Speaking to Radio 1 backstage after her Brixton Academy gig this weekend Dynamite said: "Dr Dre has spoken to people very close to me about the particular tracks that he likes, and it's overwhelming for me. I'm like 'Oh my God, did Dre say that?' It's exciting. Right now it's just talk. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that talk. I appreciate that he's even taking the time out to listen to what I'm doing, but at the end of the day, when it happens, then I'll be excited!"

Meanwhile onto more pressing matters - has she got a name for the baby yet? "I haven't got any names. I'm a bit superstitious. I'd rather wait until he's here and see his face. A name is a very important thing to me - you can only live up to your name."
