MySpace to host full album previews from The View, Bloc Party and Jamie T

MySpace will host pre-release album previews from The View, Bloc Party and Jamie T on the artists' own pages, with Bloc Party's 'Silent Alarm' previewing from 30 January.

That MySpace thing will be hosting "exclusive" pre-release previews of upcoming albums from The View, Bloc Party and the rather fabulous Jamie T, via the respective artists' MySpace pages. Not sure quite how this will work (the Jamie T preview goes live today, but doesn't seem to be up there yet), but may well be similar to the way The Fratellis made their entire album available for preview last year with a kind of enhanced MySpace player thingimy.

Anyway, as I say, the Jamie T preview is due to start today, with his debut album 'Panic Prevention' out next Monday. Bloc Party's new long player 'Silent Alarm', out 5 Feb, will preview from 30 Jan. And the debut long player from those hotel wreckers The View is already previewing. Oh, hang then, I suppose I could check their page to see how it works then. Ah, just done it. Yes, it is like The Fratellis. So there you go.

Respective MySpace address as follows, The View's is the one that doesn't quite make sense name wise.
