Tortured records man Billy Nasty will launch a new monthly techno/electro session called The Beat Club this weekend at the new Kings Cross venue Egg. On night one techno heads from his label will fill room one (including Oliver Ho and newcomer Christian Lisczyk) with acts from subsidiary label Electrix filling room 2. There will also be a set from an aspiring techno DJ - Billy has been encouraging wannabe DJs to send in their demos over the last few weeks and the best will get to play.
