New track appears on NKOTB website amid reunion talk

A previously unreleased song has appeared on the New Kids On The Block website, but Danny Wood has said via MySpace that no reunion is planned.

We reported yesterday that all signs seemed to point to a New Kids On The Block reunion, and now another signal that the band might be intending to get back together has emerged as a previously unreleased song as been added to the band's website, nkotb.com. The track, which has no name, is a ballad which plays over a slideshow of the band's past achievements. Plus, the website boasts some new puff-prose which includes the sentence "millions of fans around the world await their return".

Don't get too excited however, Kids-fans; Danny Wood has announced via his MySpace site that there is no reunion planned. Gossips suggest the rest of the band are up for it and he's not, despite having said that he always thought "maybe someday we'll get back together". Well, we'll see. People are saying there'll be an announcement in February.
