Hurrah, new Travis. And their next album, 'The Boy With No Name', also has a release date, 7 May. Single 'Closer' will precede it on 23 Apr.
The band's Dougie Payne has been talking about their producer too. The band did much of the recordings themselves for this album, but turned to Nigel Godrich for production help on several tracks. Healy: "We trust Nigel and fear him. If Nigel doesn't think something is any good he'll say".
Frontman Fran Healy, meanwhile, says of the album: "This album has all the facets of us, and some new ones. It's rocky and then it's pop and sweet too. After a time of feeling stuck we feel we can do anything. We've come through the dark places and it feels like we've found our muse once more".
Obviously what you really all want is a tracklisting of the new album, so here it is...
