Noel Edmonds will be covering for Johnnie Walker on Radio 2's drivetime show for the next two months while Walker undergoes treatment for cancer. Edmonds will begin on 4 Aug and present the show each weekday between 5.05 and 7pm.
Edmonds said: "This is a bittersweet experience. I am a huge fan of Johnnie's and I wish him a full and speedy recovery. I'm very much looking forward to the challenge of looking after the Drivetime show. It's a great opportunity and I'm very excited to be back behind the mic, at the country's most listened to radio station."
