When hearing that Noel Gallagher was excited to be meeting Ringo Starr, the former Beatle has apparently joked in an interview "Yeah, well, so he should be." Starr caught an Oasis gig recently, not least because his son, Zak Starkey, is currently drumming for the band. "I went to see them in England." Starr said. "It was great. I love my son and he's a great drummer and the band were great."
In Toronto recently, Gallagher showed off a 'Peace and Love' bracelet given to him by Ringo, and told the Sun: "He was all he was cracked up to be. Let me tell ya. He wished us all, 'Peace and Love,' as he was leaving."
