The publicly listed Hipgnosis Songs Fund has announced that independent non-executive board member Sylvia Coleman has resigned and will step down immediately. She has been in the role since 2019. A former EMI exec, she now runs IP rights firm BPureSounds.

Distributor DistroKid has announced that founder Philip Kaplan is to move out of his CEO role over to Chair of the company. Taking on the running of the firm will be Phil Bauer, who is being promoted to President. He has been Chief Operating Officer since 2018.
