Katie Price and Peter Andre have won substantial libel damages from the News Of The World over claims about their parenting, which the paper admits were untrue.

Into the pop courts and occasional pop stars Katie Price and Peter Andre have won "substantial" libel damages from the News Of The World after they ran a story based on an interview with the c'leb couple's former nanny Becky Gauld, in which their parenting skills were questioned and it was alleged that they often put their own interests before those of their children. The paper admits the story was untrue, and have paid undisclosed damages. The couple plan to put half the money in a trust for their children (Junior, Princess Tiaami and Price's son Harvey), and give the other half to charities the NSPCC and Vision.
