Those PRS chaps are reportedly taking Kwik-Fit to court for not having a licence for their staff to listen to radio at work. Kwik-Fit argue that their staff aren't allowed to listen to radio at work which is why they aren't licenced, but PRS argue that workers at Kwik-Fit garages have personal radios which can be heard by colleagues, and therefore a licence is required. The collecting society is looking for £200,000 damages for the unlicenced radio listening.
