Recent Bobby Brown court case progresses

A Massachusetts clerk magistrate is considering whether Bobby Brown should face charges over cocaine found at a Holiday Inn in December, with a ruling expected in nine days.

A clerk magistrate in Brockton, Massachusetts is presently considering whether Bobby Brown should end up in court or not over that incident back in December when the singer was discovered in possession of cocaine after police were called to a disturbance at a Holiday Inn. Brown was present at Brockton's district court for a private hearing to determine what charges, if any, he should face in relation to the incident, which defence lawyer Jeffrey Denner played down, saying that he only had "very small amounts of cocaine residue". Though I don't really see why that should make it any better, it only proves that he was originally in possession of a larger amount of cocaine. Anyway, a ruling is expected to be handed down in nine days time.
