More on that previously reported project designed to celebrate the exciting and slightly scary 25th anniversary of rock label Roadrunner. A whole stack of Roadrunner artists have recorded bits for 'Roadrunner United - The All Star Sessions', and the album is now in the final stages of production with a provisional release date of 11 Oct.
57 artists from 45 former or current Roadrunner bands have collaborated on 19 tracks. The project was led by Joey Jordison (Slipknot), Dino Cazares (ex-Fear Factory/Brujeria), Robert Flynn (Machine Head) and Matthew Heafy (Trivium) and features all of the following: Michael Åkerfeldt, Justin Hagberg, Daryl Palumbo, Rob Barrett, Matthew K.
