Good news for fans of being irritated. Irritating comedian-come-presenter Russell Brand has been upgraded from 6Music to BBC Radio 2. Having been cited by BBC radio bosses as one of the reasons for 6Music's recent impressive RAJAR performance, Brand will leave his Saturday morning show on the digital station to present a Saturday evening show over on Radio 2. Brand said this: "I had a brilliant time on 6 Music and I now can't wait for the challenge of Radio 2".
