Issue two of the previously reported new music monthly PlayMusic is out this week. I know this, because my copy landed on my desk just three minutes ago (there's a lesson there for other music mags wanting plugs in the CMU Daily - not that I'm suggesting the editorial selection process at CMU has anything to do with bribery, although obviously it does). I've only flicked through so far, but I know for a fact My Chemical Romance talk about the whole emo backlash thing in the cover interview, plus there's chatter with Plan B, Young Knives, The Futureheads, The Bronx and Mars Volta, a feature on the top 25 rock and pop image disasters, and something about skateboarding on amps. Oh yes, and a CD on the cover. All out now, £3.50.
