Sixx denies Motley Crue Live Nation deal

Nikki Sixx has denied that Motley Crue have signed a deal with Live Nation, saying reports to the contrary are false and misleading.

The gossipers seem keen for every major band and artist to be the next one to sign a multi-million 360-degree deal with Live Nation's new artists division. As much previously reported, Madonna was the first major signing to Live Nation Artists, a deal which will see the traditionally live music firm work with Madge on live, recording, mechandising and brand partnership projects.

The latest band rumoured to be considering a Live Nation deal were metallers Motley Crue, but the band's Nikki Sixx has denied those rumours. Well, actually, what he's really denied is that the band have entered into a new deal with anyone, he didn't really comment on whether they were considering any deals. Anyway, this is what Sixx wrote on his MySpace: "Motley Crue has not signed any deals. Any information reported to the contrary is false and misleading".
