Snow Patrol's Tom Simpson fails to attend drugs hearing

So, Snow Patrol keyboardist Tom Simpson is now a fully fledged rebel after failing to turn up to a court hearing on those previously reported drugs charges. Perhaps the band is trying to rediscover its "edge". Though his lawyer did put in an appearance and request the case be pushed back until the end of August, which isn't that edgy. As previously reported, Simpson was arrested shortly after playing Live Earth in relation to a drugs charge dating from last year.
