The Royal Festival Hall reopens after refurbishment with a free weekend of music from 8 to 10 June, with its four resident orchestras playing together on 11 June.

The Royal Festival Hall in London has announced that it will reopen following its somewhat extensive refurb with a weekend of free music. Musicians galore will appear at the Southbank venue from 8 to 10 Jun, while all four of the venue's resident orchestras (London Philharmonic Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, London Sinfonietta and the Orchestra Of The Age Of Enlightenment) will play together for the first time on 11 Jun. More details on the line up for the weekend as soon as we get it.
