Festival news bit two. Tickets for this year's T in the Park are apparently selling three times as fast as last year. A record number of fans have snapped up tickets for the tenth T In The Park which counts Coldplay, REM, The Coral, Zwan, The Streets, the Charlatans and Idlewild among its line up. A spokesman for the Festival told reporters this weekend: "This definitely looks set to be the most successful T in the Park ever, which is extremely fitting considering it's the festival's tenth birthday. I think fans, new and existing, are excited about being a part of this special year, especially as they know we'll have a few surprises to announce yet. With a good chance of sunshine at this year's event, we can only advise fans who do not already have their tickets to get in fast because at the current rate of sales, the festival is likely to sell-out well in advance."
