The Horrors get help from Yeah Yeah Yeah's Nick Zinner

Yeah Yeah Yeah's Nick Zinner has helped produce The Horrors' debut album, praising the band's music, image and behaviour in the studio.

Buzz band (it's mostly NME creating the buzz, I suspect) The Horrors are recording their debut album, and Yeah Yeah Yeah Nick Zinner has helped them out with the production. Zinner explains why: "I liked their music and image - both trashy, macabre, loud and a little bit camp. Also, after meeting them, I was happy to learn they were all secret brainiacs. The boys were very well behaved in the studio - I would reward each of them upon completion of their final takes with a pint of virgin blood. I would love to work together again, if my schedule allowed it."
