Walsh still threatening Boyzone reunion

Louis Walsh says talks about a Boyzone reunion are ongoing and could happen if all five members agree.

More X-Factor related news? Oh yes. Kind of. Louis Walsh, now dangerously with more time on his hands since being chucked off the X-Factor judging panel, has said he plans to spend some of that time on the much talked about but as yet thankfully unconfirmed Boyzone reunion.

Speaking to Al Murray on that Happy Hour show, Walsh said of the reunion "We're talking. It could happen", but added that it would only happen if all five members were up for the reunion, adding "With Take That they only had the four [but] we'd have to have the five" - presumably because the only former Boyzoner likely to not want to participate is Ronan Keating and, let's face it, without him you're left with Stephen Gately's harmonies and three guys wobbling around in the background. Though now I come to think about it, that might be an improvement.

In the Happy Hour interview Walsh also recalls how he came to form Boyzone in the first place: "I saw Take That and I basically copied them. I was walking in Soho and I was looking in a very dodgy sex shop and I saw a video with the name 'Boyzone' on it".
