Warrant issued for DMX after missed court appearance

A Phoenix court has issued a warrant for DMX after he missed a scheduled appearance on fraud charges and a pretrial conference over drug charges.

A court in Phoenix, Arizona has issued a warrant for the arrest of DMX, after he failed to make a scheduled appearance over those previously reported fraud charges. The rapper was also supposed to be attending a pretrial conference relating to marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession charges. The warrant is apparently being held until 4pm on 19 Aug to give DMX's lawyer time to reveal the rapper's whereabouts and provide a reason to his absence.
