Just when you thought that the White Stripes couldn't get any credder (it's a word) they've gone and recorded a cover of the Bacharach and David classic 'I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself' and are set to release it as their next single.
The second single from their number one album 'Elephant', will be in shops from 1 Sep on XL/Third Man Recordings.
The CD single will feature the extra tracks 'Who's To Say' (a cover of a track by Jack White's friends Blanche), a Radio 1 Evening Session version of 'Lafayette Blues' and a John Peel session version of 'I'm Finding It Harder To Be A Gentleman'.
Jack White is still recuperating after fracturing his left hand in a car accident.
